What to expect
- You are the primary contact for the numerical world of our direct real estate portfolios and the cost structure within the Real Estate Management team
- You are responsible for the internal/external portfolio reporting of the asset class Real Estate and contribute improvement ideas
- You prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations and are in contact with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers
- You coordinate quarterly closings and budget/forecast processes of our property portfolios
- You collaborate with the international Generali Real Estate on controlling and reporting topics and contribute internationally to projects
- You work closely with the local Head of Real Estate and the portfolio management team and act as a sparring partner for all portfolio finance questions
- The performance management of client portfolios is also part of your responsibility and you work closely with our portfolio management and the client side
- You schedule and manage the external property appraiser and our valuation processes
- You are responsible for data management and administration in our portfolio management systems
- At the interface between portfolio management, external property management/other service providers and the client side, you contribute your quantitative know-how in a supportive manner
- You accompany portfolio presentations and represent the Head of Real Estate in finance matters when required
What you bring
- Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) with an (institutional) real estate asset manager or a comparable asset class from the world of alternative investments
- Motivation to grow with new tasks, topics and areas of responsibility and to develop quickly
- A positive mindset: You focus on opportunities without ignoring risks, manage your resources flexibly and efficiently, and can prioritise topics: you have an eye for the essentials
- Completed business studies or commercial basic training
- Further training in real estate/alternative investments is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with IAZI REPM/Immopac
- Experience in application and great interest in working with AI models
- Quick comprehension, affinity for numbers, interest in real estate and networked thinking
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. If you also have French/Italian skills, this is an advantage for your role
