- Planning and execution of complex IT infrastructure projects of various kinds
- Coordination of internal as well as external IT and specialist department resources
- Support and optimisation of Microsoft infrastructures and cloud services
- Documentation of technical processes and system solutions in the ticket system
- Several years of experience in second-level support and incident management
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security
- Independent, structured working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills, French desirable

Responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support- Planning and execution of complex IT infrastructure projects of various kinds
- Coordination of internal as well as external IT and specialist department resources
- Support and optimisation of Microsoft infrastructures and cloud services
- Documentation of technical processes and system solutions in the ticket system
Profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience- Several years of experience in second-level support and incident management
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network security
- Independent, structured working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English skills, French desirable
