For our Mono Plants (SCL) department in Pratteln/CH we are looking for a
Operations Engineer 100% (permanent)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for ensuring a safe, functional and production-compliant condition of the technical equipment
- Supporting the maintenance manager in implementing a sustainable maintenance programme and developing strategies and plans
- Leading maintenance projects and CAPEX projects for functional replacement and plant shutdowns, coordinating and controlling the implementation of maintenance measures
- Assessing and developing proposals for the introduction of new technologies and
creating vulnerability and criticality analyses, initiating and carrying out optimisations - Responsibility for the maintenance and operational CAPEX budget in consultation with the maintenance manager / department head
- Maintaining supportive collaboration with operations assistants on specific process engineering issues
- Contributing to the creation and revision of risk analyses
Your profile
- Completed studies in chemistry, process, mechanical or production engineering (FH/TU/Uni)
- Good knowledge of legal and operational requirements in occupational safety, plant safety, environmental protection and quality
- Application of methods such as HAZOP and MoC
- Experience in planning and implementing technical changes as well as collaboration with maintenance and engineering
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking as well as the ability to critically and constructively question processes
- Structured and careful working method
- High initiative, decisiveness and pronounced hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
