Clerk Donation Service 80%, temporary (m/f/d)
The Marketing Services department is responsible for coordinating mailing dispatches, planning and advising on the implementation of events, and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as the direct contact point for donors.
Your tasks
- Posting donations in the customer database
- Processing and controlling internet donations
- Collaborating in the optimization of marketing processes in the customer database in cooperation with ICT
- Recording, updating, and maintaining donor addresses
- Receiving and processing telephone and written donor inquiries in German and a second national language
- Processing returned mail and investigating undeliverable addresses
- Collaborating in the development and optimization of process flows and workflows in the donation service
- Administrative support of acknowledgments and creating document templates in SextANT
- Assisting with events and functions
- Processing telemarketing data
Our requirements
- Commercial basic education
- Preferably further training in accounting
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Polished expression and enjoyment in direct communication with donors
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of a second national language
- Experience with marketing processes
- Experienced handling of ERP software and MS Office
- Precise, structured, and careful working style under time pressure and resilience during peak times
- Enjoyment of teamwork
