The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, offering personalised care in a Temporary Reception Centre, and an EMS for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare centre, and two secondary schools. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week.
We are looking for the following for EMS Parc de Beausobre:
Social-Educational Assistant (M/F) at 60%
Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a Social-Educational Assistant and a company trainer certificate (FEE)
- At least 2 years of successful experience in the geriatric field, and/or in old age psychiatry.
- A motivation to work closely in an interdisciplinary team and network.
- Gentleness, empathy and excellent interpersonal skills with elderly people.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- A sense of responsibility, organisation and initiative.
- A driving licence and experience driving a minibus, an asset.
- Proficiency in office and IT tools.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Participate in promoting the quality of life of residents within the interprofessional team.
- Organise the socio-cultural life of the unit.
- Encourage community life and develop projects involving residents.
- Define, lead and evaluate personalised support projects for residents in close interprofessional collaboration.
- Organise celebrations, parties, cultural and intergenerational activities linked to the institution’s environment involving relatives and families.
- Offer "well-being" support to residents (non-medication approaches, sensory, baths, etc.).
- Document your actions and follow-up in computerised files (CAREFOLIO).
- Ensure the supervision of apprentices, interns or students.
