Your tasks

• Be a key contact for our clients and represent our laboratory professionally across all channels.
• Handle complex level 2 requests in accounting and electronic solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating databases, correcting invoices, and processing written correspondence.
• Provide telephone and written support to our clients, focusing on quality, efficiency, and solution-finding.
• Actively participate in the development and structuring of processes, procedures, and documentation.

What you bring

• Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee) or an equivalent qualification in an administrative, IT, or technical field.
• Several years of experience in customer service – mandatory.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, health insurance companies, or IT-related environments is an advantage.
• Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written – mandatory. German or Italian is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills, with excellent command of digital tools and Microsoft Office applications (notably Word, Excel, and email systems), as well as a strong affinity for IT systems and new technologies.
• Structured, precise, and independent working style.
• A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to tackling and shaping problems.
• Analytical reasoning skills and interest in evaluations, correlations, and process improvement.
• Openness to learning additional subjects and taking on increased responsibilities in the medium term.
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• A team-oriented, reliable, and professional personality.
