ICT System Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%

To support our IT team, we are looking for an proactive individual as ICT System Engineer for the Aarau location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You advise, coordinate, and support users in their daily work
• You locate and resolve faults or initiate appropriate escalation procedures and handle hardware, software, as well as network and communication issues
• You ensure the operation of data processing, network, and server systems and continuously develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure
• You take on 2nd and 3rd level support for workplace, server and cloud systems, network components, and assist with 1st level support
• You support the automation of operational processes and actively participate in infrastructure and digitalisation projects, contributing ideas for the further development of our Microsoft platforms and operational processes
• You analyse recurring problems and develop sustainable technical solutions
• At least one day per week you work at the Bremgarten location and/or visit branch offices

Your profile

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or equivalent, plus several years of professional experience in system technology
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Services, as well as good knowledge in networking
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID or identity and endpoint management is an advantage
• Self-initiative and a team-oriented personality with an independent working style and a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Ability for conceptual work as well as enjoyment in advising and solving complex problems
