About the job

A conversation can achieve a lot. malreden offers older people a daily space for uncomplicated exchange when no one else is there. To ensure more people know about and can use our service, we need strong communication and broad visibility. This is where you come in.

Your Task

You are responsible for our communication on a strategic and operational level and actively engage as part of our team in the further development of malreden.

Strategic alignment: You develop our communication strategy further, manage its implementation, and take responsibility for operational communication.

Increase visibility: You design our communication activities online and offline and implement concrete measures.

Convey content: You develop content for our communication channels and ensure consistent integrated communication.

Explore new paths: You develop new communication approaches and successfully introduce and implement them.

Strengthen collaboration: You coordinate our communication measures with internal and external stakeholders and ensure targeted implementation.

What to Expect with Us

Your contacts and ideas can make a difference. At malreden, you take on your own area of responsibility and work closely with management and the team. You have plenty of creative freedom, can contribute your own ideas, and implement them independently. You can expect flexible working hours with annual working time, which also allows for remote work.

Start date: by arrangement
Workplace: Worblaufen and home office/remote

About malreden

malreden is a telephone conversation service of the association Silbernetz Schweiz against loneliness in old age. Trained volunteers listen, give time and an open ear, show empathy, offer older people an opportunity for exchange, and encourage self-help. All calls are free, anonymous, and confidential. The telephone service is supported and funded by public authorities, renowned foundations, and donations.
