Your tasks

You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
You respond to enquiries from our patients, both by phone and in writing, and forward them to the appropriate departments if necessary.
You support our therapists and doctors with administrative tasks and ensure that patient documentation is complete and up to date.
You take care of incoming and outgoing mail.
You take on a variety of administrative tasks and help ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You have successfully completed your KV apprenticeship or commercial school (HMS) and are interested in healthcare.
You are open, empathetic and communicative; a friendly and respectful approach to our patients is a matter of course for you.
Even when things get hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.
You work reliably, independently and are happy to lend a hand.
You are proficient with MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with new IT applications.

6 weeks holiday: More time for yourself, your hobbies and your travels. From the age of 50, it is even 7 weeks.
