What you achieve

• Responsibility for the content, structure, and economic design of liability products
• Further development, maintenance, and management of liability products considering market, risk, and claims developments
• Coordination and alignment with underwriting, claims, sales, legal services, and compliance to ensure consistent insurance solutions
• Planning and implementation of product launches; definition of guidelines; training of stakeholders (including tools, documentation)
• Analysis of market trends, legal developments, and risk drivers to derive product adjustments
• Participation in portfolio analyses to derive adjustments and optimisations.

What you bring

• Advanced insurance technical training
• Several years of experience in underwriting in a leading specialist role; deep understanding of commercial and professional liability
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in product development projects as well as in digitalisation topics
• High understanding of product governance, regulatory requirements, and legal issues
