We are a small, innovative Swiss company in medical aesthetics and are looking to strengthen our team with a committed, independent and motivated individual for our internal sales department.

Start date: By arrangement

Your tasks

• Administrative support and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Independent processing and handling of customer orders including invoicing
• Receiving and processing telephone and written customer enquiries
• Close cooperation with our field sales team and internal contacts
• Professional communication with medical clinics, hospitals and cosmetic practices
• Organisation and coordination of shipping and delivery processes (post, freight forwarder, etc.)
• Active support in cross-departmental tasks and administrative activities

Your profile

• You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
• You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, independence and sense of responsibility
• You work reliably, carefully and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You have confident German language skills as well as good English and French skills
• Ideally, you already have experience in internal sales or in medical aesthetics
• A commercial education and experience in customer service are advantageous
• You are team-oriented, flexible and enjoy direct customer contact
