As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced, committed, and ambitious individual for the position of
Property Manager
Your responsibilities include the following:
- In collaboration with an assistant, you will manage your own portfolio consisting of residential properties and 6 condominium properties
- Organisation and conduct of viewings, inspections, and handovers
- Organisation and conduct of owners' meetings
- You are the direct contact person for owners, craftsmen, and authorities
- Responsibility for smooth maintenance within the portfolio assigned to you
- Preparation of budgets and condition reports
- General correspondence
The following qualifications are in your portfolio:
- Completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in a residential and condominium portfolio
- Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Driving licence category B and your own car
- Very good German language skills
