For our team at the St. Gallen/Winterthur location, we are looking for a Specialist in Public Transport Security from December 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can look forward to:
Fair salary
- Gross annual salary between CHF 60,000 and 70,000
- In addition to the 10% time surcharge, a night allowance of CHF 3 per hour for night shifts

Your role with us
You play a crucial role in public transport security and ensure a safe and pleasant travel experience for all passengers through your presence.
You maintain calm and order and intervene de-escalatingly if necessary to prevent or defuse disruptive behaviour, disputes, or acts of violence.
In the event of fire alarms, lift emergencies, or similar situations, you assess the situation and take appropriate measures.
In medical emergencies, you provide first aid.
In cooperation with rescue and intervention services such as police and medical services, you ensure effective collaboration.
What you bring:
Your empathetic and open-minded nature as well as your good mental and physical fitness help you manage difficult situations.
You have completed a recognised apprenticeship (EFZ) or have passed the Matura. Additionally, you have confident German language skills and common IT knowledge.
You gladly take responsibility to promptly and fully satisfy customer concerns.
Irregular work shifts (shift work - including nights and weekends) do not bother you. You hold a category B driving licence or are willing to obtain one.
Besides Swiss citizenship or a C residence permit, you present a neat appearance without visible tattoos on hands, neck, or face.
