The contribution you can make
- Define Switzerland's position on international tax matters, represent it in multilateral bodies and participate in intergovernmental negotiations
- Analyse developments in international tax policy and their effects on Switzerland
- Participate in working groups, expert groups and consultation groups related to projects
- Represent the Office towards the business community and sector associations
- Prepare decision-making bases for the management of the Office and the Department
What distinguishes you
- University master's degree, preferably in law, economics or international relations, with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of national and international corporate tax law; interest in political issues; knowledge in the area of minimum taxation of large companies (OECD minimum taxation)
- Reliability, assertiveness, solution orientation, team spirit, precise and autonomous working method as well as organisational talent in handling complex cases
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent knowledge of a second official language and English

The State Secretariat for International Financial Matters SFI is responsible for the coordination and strategic management of financial, fiscal and monetary matters at the international level. The SFI defends Switzerland's interests abroad in these areas and develops the basis for policy and regulation of financial markets as well as for the Swiss tax centre.
