Doctor, Psychologist, Special Education Teacher, Social Pedagogue, Social Worker 60-100% (m/f/d)

• You actively participate in the implementation and further development of the "LIVE" concept and contribute to conceptual work
• You analyze the care needs in the canton of Lucerne and initiate as well as develop new, needs-based interface services
• You network interdisciplinary specialist offices in the child and youth sector and promote effective collaboration
• You plan and design practical training courses for our cooperation partners
• You advise families as well as children and adolescents and carry out needs-based therapeutic interventions
• You work closely and in partnership with external institutions, schools, and professionals

• Completed medical studies (Doctor), completed or near completion of psychotherapy training (Psychologist) or completed studies in social pedagogy or special education
• Experience in psychiatric settings or outreach work is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Good social skills and enjoyment of networking work
• Native (Swiss) German or very good German skills (C1)
• Driver's license
