Are you an innovative teacher who brings the German language closer to children with heart and enthusiasm? Then we are looking for you from August 1, 2026 as
✨ Your tasks:
DaZ – but differently
You lead a fixed small group (10-12 children) with special language support needs. With creative, everyday offers, you accompany them – structured and playfully.
- You plan and design the kindergarten day, supplemented by language pedagogical support offers and reflect on these
- You work closely with the kindergarten team of Ruggenacher 1 as well as the speech therapist together
- You observe and document language development and define individual support goals
- You actively contribute to the further development of the language support concept
✅ What you bring with you:
- EDK recognized teacher training at kindergarten level, ideally with CAS DaZ, or the willingness to complete this with our support
- Experience in early support and working with multilingual children
- Empathy and an open view towards different life worlds
- Structured, independent way of working – without losing sight of the essentials
