Commissioning Technician (m/f)

Fehr Lagerlogistik AG, headquartered in Winterthur with around 140 employees worldwide, develops highly efficient storage solutions with typical Swiss precision from planning to realisation. To ensure the perfect material flow from storage to dispatch, special attention is paid to ergonomic operation, innovative technology, continuous handling with a high degree of automation. The product range is developed in such a way that almost all issues in the field of special storage technology are covered; from the fastest picking system to the honeycomb warehouse with over 10,000 storage locations, integrated sawing cells, in-house warehouse management fehr WMS and optional connection to the ERP system.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commissioning Technician (m/f)

Your Tasks

You are the first point of contact on site for our customers and represent our company. After several months of training, you independently or in small teams take over commissioning and service work at customers and meet their needs. Maintaining the high operational safety of our systems is important to you.

Your Profile

• Completed training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent training or HF/FH
• Good knowledge of control and regulation technology in mechanical engineering as well as Siemens frequency inverter technology
• PLC diagnostic experience (Simatic Step 7 / TIA Portal) Good mechanical understanding
• Structured, well-organised and independent working style
• Fluent German and good English skills Willingness for longer assembly assignments, including weekends (approx. 1 to 2 months)
• Experience abroad and in assembly / international travel readiness (90%)
• Driving licence category B
