Your tasks
- Planning the annual continuing education offer
- Managing registrations, checking admission documents, preparing and creating study contracts, regulations, class lists, etc.
- Processing applications and ensuring support for participants
- Ensuring deadlines are met and checking receipt of mandatory work before and after courses
- Providing administrative support for certificate/diploma theses and final projects
- Ensuring communication with lecturers (reminder emails, interventions, course materials, etc.)
- Creating and summarising course evaluations
- Collaborating with the communications department to regularly update the website and communication materials, including specific content for continuing education social networks and information events
- Creating and sending newsletters to continuing education participants
- Preparing and organising events related to continuing education (graduation ceremonies, networking activities integrated into the curriculum, and events with alumni)
Desired profile
- University degree in administration/organisation (Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in the administrative management of training programmes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team: team spirit, ability to facilitate effective communication, versatility and initiative
- Good written communication skills and the ability to coordinate projects
- Ability to analyse, summarise and process data
- Confident use of IT and administrative applications (MS Office) and willingness to learn new platforms
- Interest in adult education and confidence in dealing with different target groups
- Perfect command of French or German and very good English skills (at least C1)
