For our locations Aarau, Basel, Chur, Winterthur or Zurich we are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Occupational Pensions Department for a committed and responsible person as
Senior Specialist Occupational Pensions 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Customer support (by phone, in writing and, if necessary, customer visits)
- Professional support of your own portfolio including key customers
- Maintaining contact with customers, authorities and insurers
- Accompanying contract terminations and monitoring deadlines
- Placement with the new insurer, checking contract documents and insured persons' records
- Checking policies and premium invoices and entering them into the customer database
- Conducting employee information sessions
You bring with you:
- Further training as a specialist in occupational pensions with a federal certificate of competence or an equivalent qualification (registration with FINMA is required)
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good and sound expertise in the occupational pensions sector
- Enjoyment of professional challenges
- Team player and service-oriented
- Quick comprehension, very independent and precise way of working
- Skilled communication ability and good negotiation skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
