What to expect

• You will initiate raw material orders and monitor their timely and quantity-accurate delivery
• You will support the establishment and development of supply chains for new and alternative raw materials
• In doing so, you maintain close contact with our suppliers
• You are also responsible for processing and checking invoices from suppliers, transport companies, and customs agents
• Participation in projects to change and continuously optimise purchasing processes
• In addition to general administrative tasks, you maintain data for supplier evaluation, compile statistics on goods deliveries, and assist with handling complaints

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in logistics processing, purchasing advantageous
• Good MS Office and SAP skills
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Reliable, independent, and structured working style
