To strengthen our cross-location maintenance team in Lucerne and Schachen, we are looking for a team member as a Maintenance Specialist by arrangement.

Area of responsibility

• Maintenance of company premises (site, garden and winter services)
• Supervising and monitoring external maintenance work on infrastructure and building technology
• Troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs on infrastructure and building technology
• Planning and performing regular inspection and maintenance work
• Training apprentices as Maintenance Specialist EFZ (specialising in building services)
• Maintenance cleaning
• Participation and co-responsibility in the preparation of internal and external audits
• Support with preparatory and follow-up work for special events

Requirements profile

• Training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ (specialising in building services) with at least three years of professional experience in the training field or
• Training in a related profession with at least five years of professional experience in the training field
• Willingness to work at different locations
• Willingness to work one to two Saturdays per month and to perform on-call or winter service one week per month
• High flexibility
• Independent and conscientious working style
• High resilience and good physical condition
• Good oral and written German skills
• Driving licence category B required, forklift and aerial work platform training advantageous
• Trainer qualification advantageous
