You are the person who listens, finds solutions, and ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background together with the HR team. From the first job interview to payroll. From apprentices to executives. In other words: you are needed.

And you right in the middle

• You accompany our employees throughout the entire HR life cycle, from entry to exit.
• You coordinate our vocational training, relieving the education team and providing structured support and promotion for our apprentices.
• You collect changes for our payroll accounting to ensure our employees are paid on time and correctly.
• You support the recruitment of new employees, from job posting, through the introductory interview, to onboarding.
• You contribute to HR marketing and HR projects, helping us to develop further as an employer.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, experience in HR or supplemented by HR further education.
• Experience in vocational training and recruitment.
• Enjoy working with people. You are service-oriented, humorous, discreet, and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
• Strong communication skills: You find the right tone for different stakeholders.
• Organizational talent: You take initiative and reliably bring topics, projects, and events to completion.
