You are technically skilled, enjoy getting hands-on, and pursue faults until you find the right solution? Then a versatile role awaits you with us, combining technical 2nd level support with practical repair work and after-sales service.You support our German- and French-speaking customers with technical concerns and do not only work at the screen: depending on the product, you carry out fault diagnoses, tests, and also mechanical work, for example on RC models, e-scooters, or garden equipment from our DoIT range.

What to expect
- Processing and resolving technical support requests in 2nd level support via phone, email, and at the technical counter - Competent support for our French- and German-speaking customers
- Conducting fault analyses and diagnoses on devices, components, and systems
- Practical and mechanical work as well as repairs, for example on RC models, e-scooters, and garden equipment (DoIT)
- Testing, preparing, and readying devices for further processing at internal or external service centres
- Providing information on repair status as well as opening, processing, and documenting repair cases (RMA)
- Regular exchange with suppliers, manufacturers, and external service centres
- Ensuring a solution-oriented and high-quality customer service in the after-sales area
- Administrative tasks to comply with internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Monitoring and controlling RMA processes including adherence to specified turnaround times
- Professional support for your team colleagues and taking on deputising duties as needed
What you bring
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training (EFZ), ideally with a technical focus
- Experience in after-sales, the installation industry, or a mechanical/technical education
- Very good French and German skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in technical support or customer contact is a plus
- Manual and mechanical aptitude as well as enjoyment in testing devices yourself, finding faults, and carrying out repairs
- Technical understanding in areas such as RC models, e-scooters, or garden equipment from our DoIT range
- Interest and motivation to continuously expand your knowledge in these areas
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as a quick grasp
- High customer orientation, empathy, and communication skills
- Enjoyment of a varied role where mental work and practical hands-on tasks go hand in hand
