WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure the reliability, integrity and compliance of the company’s financial information
• Oversee all accounting activities and ensure the smooth running of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage treasury and liquidity by monitoring cash flows, financing and banking relationships
• Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and financial risk management
• Manage relationships with external auditors, the annual closing and the preparation of the annual report
• Supervise, develop and support a small team
• Lead transformation, digitalisation and continuous improvement projects for financial processes
• Collaborate with various company functions to support growth and organisational performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations, Group directives and best financial practices

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or Chartered Accountant qualification
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in financial and accounting roles, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams
• Strong focus on ERP systems and digitalisation of financial processes; knowledge of Infor or an equivalent ERP is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement and organisational transformation projects
• Strong skills in internal control, financial governance and risk management
• Fluency in French and ability to operate in a bilingual French-German environment
• Natural leadership, excellent organisational skills and strong results orientation
