• You are the first point of contact for our internal and external customers in first-level support.
• You efficiently resolve Service Desk requests and coordinate complex support cases with the responsible specialist departments.
• You ensure smooth Service Desk operations and compliance with our service levels.
• You develop pragmatic workarounds and accompany hardware repairs with our partners.
• You create and maintain knowledge documentation and contribute to the continuous optimisation of our service quality.
• You handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and solution-oriented.

• You have completed vocational training as an ICT specialist EFZ, IT specialist EFZ, or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in IT service & support as well as sound user knowledge of current operating systems and support tools (e.g. ticket systems).
• You possess up-to-date know-how in the areas of IT service management, IT infrastructure, and IT security.
• You are a friendly, communicative, and resilient personality with a strong service and customer orientation and master technical challenges independently and solution-oriented.
