Deputy Nursing Service Manager as Certified Nurse HF/FH with Case Management 60%
Your Tasks
As Deputy Nursing Service Manager, you support the Nursing Service Manager in the professional and personnel management of the branch and deputise during their absence. At the same time, you take on your own case management within the scope of the workload.
Leadership & Deputising
- Deputising for the Nursing Service Manager during their absence
- Taking on defined leadership and decision-making tasks in day-to-day business
- Participation in the professional and personnel management of the nursing team
- Participation in employee, location and development discussions
- Support in leadership situations and conflict resolution
- Participation in recruitment, introduction and training of new employees
- Coaching and professional support of case managers and employees
Professional Management & Quality
- Ensuring professional and needs-based care quality
- Professional support in complex care situations
- Conducting and accompanying case discussions, training sessions, team meetings
- Participation in quality assurance and further development of care processes
Organisation & Development
- Supporting the Nursing Service Manager with organisational and professional issues
- Contributing to the further development of processes and structures
- Supporting projects and change processes
Case Management
- Taking on own case management within the scope of the workload
- Needs assessments and care process management
- Coordination and support of complex care situations
- Collaboration with doctors, relatives and other specialist agencies
Your Profile
- Diploma as certified nurse HF/FH
- At least 2 years of professional experience in tertiary level nursing
- Spitex experience is an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- InterRAI-HC course or experience with InterRAI-HC is an advantage
- Native speaker of German or French
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the other language (at least B2)
- Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented personality
- Team-oriented and appreciative attitude
- High social and communication skills
- Independent and structured working style
