What to expect

In your versatile role, you are the face of mobilezone and ensure a thoroughly convincing shopping experience: 

• You advise our customers on the entire product range of mobilezone: mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories and other additional services
• You continuously gather information about new trends and products on the market
• You support the store manager, for example with sales-promoting measures in the branch and with optimising the appearance of your sales branch
• You participate in goods receipt checks, inventories and cash reconciliations

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in retail.
• Enthusiasm and closing strength with a passion for mobile devices 
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong customer orientation 
• Open, approachable and friendly manner 
• Helpfulness, flexibility and team spirit 
• Very good German skills; French or Italian skills are an advantage 
• Confident handling of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
