We are looking for a colleague for our FNAC Neuchâtel store in our Technical Products department on a permanent contract at 80%. Position available as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for informing customers to guarantee them quality service

• You handle product checkouts

• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty

• Work in the areas of Technical Products: micro, office equipment, image, sound, telephony

• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department's presentation

• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
