Java Developer (m/f/d) / Spring Boot / Microservices / Angular / TypeScript /100%/ ZH

Project: You develop and operate a modern platform for document management that supports sales and customer processes through automated document creation and management. You take on end-to-end responsibility for Java-based Spring Boot microservices and actively shape the technical development of the platform. Start from 04.01.2027 at 100% in Zurich for 12 months.

Tasks:

• Development, further development and operation of microservices with Java and Spring Boot
• Implementation of the entire development process from conception and design through implementation and testing to deployment
• Development and maintenance of web applications with Angular and TypeScript
• Analysis of business requirements and close collaboration with business engineering, departments and sales
• Design and further development of APIs, interfaces and integrations
• Ensuring stability, performance and security in ongoing operations including monitoring, logging and incident management
• Participation in architectural decisions, code reviews, refactoring and automated tests
• Continuous optimisation of the platform, for example through automation, self-services and API-first approaches

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in software development and/or DevOps-related roles
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, Node.js and REST APIs
• Experience with XML/JSON, relational databases and JPA/Hibernate
• Confident handling of Linux and shell
• Knowledge of Clean Code, design patterns, testing and code reviews
• Basic knowledge of software security
• Analytical, structured and team-oriented working style
• Nice-to-have: Kubernetes, cloud/on-premises, CI/CD, monitoring and deployment automation.
