Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from job posting through candidate selection to employment
• Responsibility for all operational HR processes – from onboarding to offboarding
• Ensuring correct payroll processing including social insurances and withholding tax
• Advising and supporting management, leaders, and employees on personnel-related and labour law matters
• Managing staffing plans and contributing to personnel budgeting and HR controlling
• Coordination with insurance companies, authorities, and external partners
• Further development and simplification of our HR processes as well as accompanying changes within the framework of strategic development

Your profile

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational HR, especially in payroll administration and Swiss labour law
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of a versatile role in which you both work operationally and take on responsibility
• Discretion, social competence, and clear, appreciative communication
• Good IT user skills – experience with NEXUS is an advantage
