The company is anchored in the healthcare sector in the Bern region. We are currently looking for a payroll specialist 80-100% for the organisation. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. The workplace is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport and car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Take responsibility for the monthly payroll runs from processing through to checking and correct posting, ensuring reliable payroll
• Independently handle complex questions regarding social insurance and find suitable solutions even for complicated payroll cases
• Advise employees and managers competently on payroll, time management and personnel-related matters
• Optimise existing payroll processes and continuously develop payroll systems and time recording processes
• Actively participate in a cross-departmental harmonisation project and contribute your expertise to the standardisation of payroll systems, employment conditions and pension fund solutions

You offer your new employer

• You have further training in payroll, social insurance and/or HR
• You already bring several years of professional experience in payroll or as an HR specialist as well as sound knowledge in payroll processing
• Experience with system harmonisation or comparable projects as well as knowledge of Abacus are particularly helpful
• Personally, you convince through precise, independent and reliable working methods, a strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
