Care Assistant for the Region around Aarau 20-60%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zürich, Solothurn and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialised professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To complement our care team in the canton of Aargau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an empathetic and passionate care assistant with Italian language skills (m/f/d) for our private care. Your area of operation is in the greater Aarau area. The workload ranges between 20%-50%.

• In this exciting position, you take responsibility for the medical care and nursing of our clients with various medical conditions
• You understand how to care for and nurse our clients with appreciation and empathy
• You are also responsible for ensuring the nursing processes and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Together with your Care Manager, you plan your assignments individually and independently and actively support the team in everyday nursing

• You have completed training in nursing or have an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• In addition, you can demonstrate several years of professional experience in Spitex or long-term care
• Own car including driving licence as well as good German and/or Italian language skills are required
