Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for OT Security Consultants who advise our clients on securing industrial environments, critical infrastructure, and complex IT-OT systems. You will work across industries such as energy and utilities, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and mobility, designing and implementing practical OT/ICS security solutions that protect operations without compromising functional safety or availability.

What can you expect in this role?

As part of the Eraneos team, you actively shape the OT/ICS security landscape of our clients:

• You advise on equal footing: As a trusted advisor to leading industrial clients, you support medium-sized companies and global market leaders on OT/ICS security topics. You work with stakeholders from top management and plant management to OT managers, ICS engineers, and SOC analysts.

• You achieve measurable impact: You design and implement security roadmaps and governance structures (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001), segmented architectures, secure remote and supplier access, as well as central OT security capabilities – from asset transparency and vulnerability management to incident response.

• You develop our portfolio further: Together with our international OT and cybersecurity community, you bring in new impulses, actively shape the expansion of our OT security area, and support the development of junior staff.

What do you bring?

• A solid foundation: You have a university degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field and a strong affinity for IT and industrial technologies. Additionally, you hold relevant certifications such as IEC 62443 Expert, ISO 27001 Implementer, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or comparable qualifications.

• Relevant experience and OT/ICS know-how: You have solid experience in OT/ICS security or cybersecurity and industrial automation – gained in OT companies or consulting. You also bring practical experience with common security standards such as ISA/IEC-62443 and ISO-27001 and industry requirements like the ICT minimum standard or the machinery ordinance.

• Strong communication and consulting skills: You communicate clearly and convincingly from the executive floor to production and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable results. As a team player, you actively contribute, take responsibility, and show initiative from day one.
