Due to business expansion, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual who consciously wants to focus on the management of condominium ownership.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a portfolio of condominium owners' associations
• Preparation, organisation and conduct of condominium owners' meetings
• Creation of agendas, minutes and resolutions as well as consistent implementation of the resolutions passed
• Competent contact person for condominium owners, committees, craftsmen and other external partners
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance, repair and renovation work
• Support for larger investment and renovation projects within the communities
• Close cooperation with the real estate accounting department on budgets, annual financial statements and renewal funds

Your profile:

• Professional experience in property management required
• Further training as a real estate clerk or federal real estate manager (portfolio can be adjusted depending on seniority)
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Confident appearance as well as high service and customer orientation
• Good MS Office skills, experience with ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
