What to expect
- You maintain our buildings and technical systems in Basel and Riehen.
- You carry out maintenance and repair work on building services systems and assist with repairs on HVAC systems.
- You coordinate and accompany external service providers while keeping an overview.
- You obtain quotes and ensure that quality and costs are appropriate.
- You document your work carefully – so that not only you know what has been done.
What you bring
- A completed vocational training EFZ in a craft, ideally as an electrician.
- Enjoyment in solving problems before they become real issues.
- Willingness to perform on-call duty at our locations in Basel and Riehen.
- Good IT user skills; knowledge of waveware is a plus.
- Very good German skills as well as a friendly and helpful demeanour.
- Driving licence category B.
- An NIV-15 permit is advantageous but not mandatory.
