Our approximately 70 employees in the Facility Services department manage, among other things, over 120 buildings of the central and district administration with a total area of 440,000m2. For the properties at Wädenswil Castle and the Vorderen Au Education Centre, we are looking immediately for a team-oriented personality who, together with their team, ensures smooth operations.

Your Tasks

• Building and leading a team
• Coordinating, monitoring, planning and executing caretaking tasks
• Supervising external service and cleaning companies
• Maintenance and repair of buildings and technical systems
• Contact person for administrative staff, suppliers and craftsmen
• Monitoring safety installations in the building
• Carrying out administrative tasks
• On-call duty; cross-team deployments, left side of Lake Zurich

Your Profile

• Experience in team leadership
• Technical basic training with a federal certificate of competence as caretaker or maintenance specialist
• Willingness to act in technical interventions
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with networked thinking and initiative
• Confident PC user skills (Office 365)
• Driving licence category B and residence in the Zurich area (for on-call duty)

It also manages the numerous properties of the central and district administration, conducts all real estate transactions for the Canton of Zurich, and advises other departments on legal and economic matters of real estate management.
