Civil Engineering Planner (m/f/d)

Would you like to help shape our diverse projects from the ground up? As a full-service provider, we develop, plan, and realise demanding construction projects from the initial development to the finished roof. For this, we are looking for an experienced individual who lays the foundation for our projects.

Your tasks:

• Creating civil engineering, drainage, and sewerage concepts
• Collaboration with authorities for approvals
• Determining phase-appropriate construction manager and civil engineering costs
• Tendering and awarding specialist planner and subcontractor services, primarily in the areas of specialised civil engineering, civil engineering, building construction, and landscaping
• Managing and monitoring planning processes and deadlines in cooperation with the project team

Your profile:

• Successful vocational training as a draughtsman, construction supervisor, master builder, civil engineering technician, or civil engineer
• Excellent entrepreneurial thinking in development, planning, and negotiations
• Experience in structural and civil engineering
• Fluent German skills (at least C1, spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Messerli
• High technical and economic understanding
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, as well as an independent, committed, and entrepreneurial working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work
