Introduction
For a successful industrial company in the Freiamt region, we are looking for an experienced individual for the international internal sales department. You will primarily manage the Italian market and ensure that customer orders are handled professionally from quotation to delivery.
Tasks
- Support of international business customers and sales partners with a focus on Italy
- Preparation of quotations and active follow-up with customers
- Independent processing of customer orders
- Organisation and coordination of the associated export processes
- Handling enquiries regarding international deliveries and shipping
- Independent responsibility for a defined customer base
- Close cooperation with field sales, production and other internal departments
- Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in internal sales
- Solid practical experience in export business
- Good knowledge of international delivery and shipping processes
- Very good Italian language skills, both written and spoken
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Technical understanding and interest in industrial products
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Quick comprehension and well-organised working style
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of international customer contact
