These tasks will inspire you

• Advising and supporting our customers with a high level of service orientation
• Supporting the store management in the operational and personnel leadership of the location
• Ensuring smooth daily operations as well as an attractive product presentation
• Responsibility for inventory management, orders and stock controls
• Planning and coordinating staff deployments in consultation with the store management
• Assisting in the implementation of sales promotion and marketing measures
• Acting as deputy for the store management during their absence
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, bring experience in retail and initial leadership responsibility. In addition, you are trustworthy, take responsibility and can delegate tasks purposefully. You have the necessary tact in dealing with customers and employees, are attentive, friendly and proactive. You are also a sales talent, possess organisational skills and good MS Office knowledge for administrative tasks. You are also willing to lend a hand physically, help where support is needed, and are motivated to go the extra mile. With your hands-on mentality and commitment, you actively contribute to the success of the store.
