The opportunity
Join our cyber security leadership team and help clients stay ahead of an increasingly sophisticated threat and regulatory landscape. You will combine deep cyber security expertise with engagement leadership to shape solutions that work in complex organisations, advise senior stakeholders and build lasting, trusted client relationships.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead complex cyber security engagements end to end, from scoping and assessment to solution design, implementation and remediation.
- Provide technical leadership across security architecture, cloud security, IAM/PAM, Zero Trust, security operations, OT security and cyber resilience.
- Challenge security architectures and control designs, identifying key risks and practical mitigation options.
- Translate evolving threats, regulation and technology changes into clear client priorities and investment decisions.
- Advise CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and other senior stakeholders on cyber strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead technical teams while managing delivery quality, scope, commercials and client expectations.
- Build trusted client relationships, identify new opportunities and lead proposals and commercial estimates.
- Coach and develop your team and strengthen the practice's capabilities, market perspectives and industry presence.
What we look for
- Degree in cyber security, computer science, IT, engineering or a comparable technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally including a background in consulting, with a proven track record of leading major engagements, programmes or capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in at least two cyber security domains, with the breadth to guide the wider security landscape and a background that combines engineering, architecture, operations, incident response or implementation with consulting.
- Strong knowledge of current threats, attacker techniques and security technologies, and the ability to review and challenge technical designs.
- Experience applying frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls and MITRE ATT&CK, and a solid understanding of the Swiss and European regulatory landscape.
- Familiarity with leading security platforms such as Microsoft Security, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, Palo Alto Networks or CrowdStrike.
- The ability to quickly build technical credibility with CISOs and engineering teams, while communicating complex risks clearly to boards and executives.
- Experience helping organisations make difficult security investment decisions based on threat exposure, business criticality and achievable risk reduction.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets and senior client relationships, with a track record in business development and leading proposals.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, OSCP) or other recognised expertise, such as publications or conference contributions.
- Professional fluency in English and one Swiss local language; German, French or Italian.
