About the job
ZENTRALWÄSCHEREI Chur is much more than just a laundry. With over 65 employees, modern infrastructure, LEAN management-supported process developments, and great environmental awareness, it processes up to 13 tonnes of laundry per day. It is always concerned with fulfilling customer wishes with the utmost care through quality, innovation, and satisfaction.
All administrative tasks of Zentralwäscherei Chur are carried out by a small team. Therefore, the tasks are extremely varied and exciting. Main tasks include deputising for the administrative management, bookkeeping, organisational activities such as operating the telephone switchboard, correspondence, as well as administrative support and assistance for employees (HR), customers, and suppliers. It is also necessary to organise and assist with events, tours, or visits.
+ You have a commercial qualification EFZ or an equivalent education.
We are also happy to support you in suitable further training.
+ Your very good German skills facilitate precise communication with employees, customers, and suppliers.
+ With your open nature and flexible working style, you gladly support all internal and external interest groups with administrative tasks.
+ The use of Microsoft Office as well as learning other PC applications are among your core competencies.
+ You are happy to actively contribute to the further development of the administration.
