We want to strengthen our teams in the areas of urban drainage, wastewater technology, environmental planning, geology and protection against natural hazards, as well as supply and networks.

YOUR TASKS:
- Administrative support of the department and management, as well as project teams
- Support of project managers in project administration, project management and accounting
- Support and coordination in acquisition tasks and in the preparation of offers as well as maintenance of project and customer data
- Appointment coordination and travel bookings
- Organisation of meetings and internal departmental events
- Participation in meetings and minute taking
- Support in personnel recruitment

YOUR PROFILE:
- Successful completion of a commercial basic education (or equivalent)
- Experience in a comparable assistant or administrative function
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills, French skills are a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office 365
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills as well as team-oriented thinking and acting
- Reliable, precise and independent working style
- Willingness to help and enjoyment in working in a team
