Export Coordinator 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Management and processing of orders for an assigned customer portfolio
Preparation of export quotations and handling of commercial customer enquiries
Coordination of production capacities with agreed delivery deadlines
Control and posting of completed business transactions
Preparation of customs and export documents, including certificates of origin and letter of credit documents
Verification of applicable export regulations and customs requirements
Participation in the optimisation of logistical processes and transport procedures
Administrative support for cross-departmental export projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in international trade
Solid professional experience in international order processing
Good knowledge of customs and cross-border goods handling
Expertise in preferential origins, free trade agreements and export control
Experience with letters of credit and international shipping documents
Good user skills in MS Office
Independent, structured and punctual working style
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
