You have just finished your studies and want to use your knowledge where you can really make a difference? In that case, you are in the right place. During your six to twelve-month university internship, you will contribute to the development of our division, support various projects, and gradually take responsibility for your own tasks. You will gain valuable practical experience, work closely with different specialised areas, and obtain an interesting insight into the tasks and thematic fields of the Partner Management sector.
What you can bring to us
- You support sector and team managers in various daily tasks and projects.
- You conduct research on different issues and prepare information in a clear and recipient-appropriate manner.
- You assist the sector manager in quality assurance of service providers and handle complaints.
- You coordinate contributions from various specialists and prepare decision-making bases for the sector manager.
- You prepare project mandates and presentations and accompany strategic projects.
- You plan and carry out small projects independently and collaborate with different specialised areas.
The professional skills that matter to us
- You have recently obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Management, or a similar discipline.
- You are interested in economic, organisational, and strategic relationships. Basic knowledge of project management is an advantage.
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and enjoy digital working methods.
- You can present complex facts in an understandable way and have good communication and writing skills.
- You work reliably and handle confidential information responsibly.
- You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and quick thinking, and you are ready to familiarise yourself with new topics.
- We are a bilingual company (German-French), so good knowledge of the other official language is an advantage.
