At the headquarters in Perlen, we are looking for an independent, flexible and reliable person to strengthen our HR team from November 2026. In this versatile role, you will be in direct daily contact with our employees.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing including creation/upload of XML file for approx. 220 employees
• Processing and timely transmission via ELM such as withholding tax, BFS statistics, LSE as well as various other statistics
• Maintenance and management of personnel, payroll and time management data in Abacus and SAP
• Creation of meaningful HR key figures, evaluations and reports such as payroll processing, FiBu reports, personnel inventory, absences or payroll costs to support well-founded decisions
• Continuous development of workflows and processes as well as driving digitalisation in the payroll and HR environment as a key user
• Assistance in the preparation of various year-end tasks and payroll statements in cooperation with our external partner
• Management and coordination of the annual payroll and compensation processes as well as preparation of salary analyses and evaluations, and support of internal and external audits and revisions
• Advising managers and employees on all questions relating to salary, social security and payroll processes
• You actively contribute to the further development of our payroll system landscape and support our international payroll colleagues

Your profile
You have completed further training as a payroll specialist, social insurance expert with a federal certificate or as an HR specialist with a federal certificate. You have solid professional experience in the areas of payroll, labour law and social insurance. Experience in an industrial environment as well as knowledge of the specifics of a 4-shift operation are advantageous. In addition to very good German skills, you are also confident in English. You are digitally savvy and proficient in common Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Abacus ideally rounds off your profile. As a service- and team-oriented personality, you work responsibly and proactively. Your working style is structured, precise and efficient. You enjoy exchanging ideas with managers and employees and appreciate an open and cooperative collaboration.
