About the job
To strengthen our team in the hotellerie area on our private wards with hotellerie service, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Performing hotellerie activities: advising patients on meal orders, meal service, room rounds and orders on the wards
- Supporting and providing services around the patients in cooperation with the nursing staff
- Responsibility for a flawless overall appearance on the wards
- Targeted cleaning tasks
- Ensuring and adhering to hygiene guidelines
- Assisting with events of all kinds within the PDAG
- Carrying out quality controls
Profile
- Completed vocational training in hotellerie
- At least 3 - 4 years of professional experience in service, preferably in healthcare
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
- Friendly, flexible, resilient and team-oriented host personality
- High customer orientation and personal responsibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German language skills
