Role:
Do you want to make a greater impact in strategic purchasing and actively shape modern procurement processes? In this versatile role as a purchaser in the electrical sector (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the further development of the supplier network, oversee demanding purchasing projects, and contribute new ideas for digitalisation. You will work in a small team with short communication channels.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee demanding procurement projects and support internal departments in selecting suitable suppliers and implementing contracts.
You analyse purchasing data and existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and realise them using modern technologies.
You shape the strategic direction of individual product groups and define appropriate measures for successful procurement.
You negotiate prices, conditions, and contractual agreements with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
You strengthen collaboration with existing suppliers, manage long-term agreements, and jointly explore new opportunities.
You contribute to the modernisation of digital purchasing systems and further develop electronic procurement solutions as well as key figure-based control instruments.
You ensure that contractual requirements and internal procurement guidelines are adhered to, considering sustainable and innovative approaches in purchasing decisions.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical or commercial basic education and further qualified in procurement, for example with a federal specialist certificate as a purchasing specialist, a CAS in purchasing, or a comparable qualification.
You bring practical experience in supplier collaboration and contract negotiation.
You can evaluate business management key figures, interpret reports, and derive well-founded insights from data.
You are familiar with processes in strategic procurement or project management from several years of professional experience; knowledge in purchasing electrical installation materials is especially welcome.
You are characterised by initiative, curiosity, commitment, and enjoyment in further developing existing structures.
You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
