Our "Property & Buildings" division wishes to continue developing its "Envelope" unit, and we are looking for a
Draftsman Technician - Building Envelope (rate between 80 and 100%) for our team based in Lausanne,

In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, innovation spirit, and friendliness.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Develop general and detailed plans for studies and planning of assigned mandates (bids, studies, assessments, budgets)
• Design detailed plans based on architects’ plans
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure technical consistency
• Propose optimized and innovative technical solutions
• Perform measurements, quantities, and budget estimates

COULD IT BE YOU?

• Federal VET Diploma as a draftsman in metal construction or equivalent training
• Proven experience in design and execution in the field of glazed metal facades, locksmithing, metal joinery, and other materials, building envelope, ventilated facades
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks or equivalents and MS Office
• Good knowledge of materials (aluminum, glass, steel, wood, coatings, etc.) and Swiss standards
• Rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit
