You will take on a central role in building, further developing, and ensuring our quality management along the entire value chain.

Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring quality from goods receipt through production to final inspection
- Further development of quality processes, test plans, and quality standards
- Handling customer, supplier, and internal complaints including root cause analysis and 8D reports
- Conducting measurements, tests, and quality-relevant analyses
- Identifying causes of errors and implementing sustainable improvement measures
- Responsibility for a significant part of Customer Quality Management
- Maintaining quality documentation and work instructions
- Leading and participating in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IRIS, customer and supplier audits)
- Collaborating in cross-departmental quality and improvement projects
Your profile:
- Technical basic training with further education in quality or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a quality-responsible role in a manufacturing company
- Sound knowledge of measurement and testing technology as well as complaint management
- Experience with 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa or comparable problem-solving methods
- Strong quality and process understanding
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident and communicative manner with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
