- Training and advising the specialist application users
- Managing user permissions, user accounts and passwords
- Receiving, analysing and independently assessing changes

What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training, preferably in IT
- Professional experience in a highly regulated environment desirable
- Experience as an application key user or in a comparable role
- Further training in the area of web SaaS and client-server applications is an advantage
- Solid expertise in specialist applications and application management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills at least B1
- Analytical, solution-oriented and independent personality with impeccable reputation and no criminal record
